Given the traditional practices of Aboriginal people, from time- to- time exposure to smoke from the burning of sacred medicines; tobacco, sweet grass, sage, or cedar, may occur.  In the event that an employee or a potential employee is unable to tolerate scents or smoke, they must advise the HR Manager. Individuals who are sensitive to these emissions will not be required to participate in ceremonies where they may be exposed to scents or smoke.
